| Rates: $150 for the first hour (one-hour minimum) -- $100 for each additional hour One free VHS copy immediately following deposition $75 for two additional VHS copies, $50 for one additional VHS copy Travel charge: $0.30 per mile over 15 miles There is no charge for setup or cleanup of equipment. |

Cancellation: Because we use a two-man, professional crew (an audio technician and video technician), and shoot on professional DVCAM equipment, we must charge a $200 cancellation/rescheduling fee unless we receive cancellation at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled deposition. |
| We also produce: Day in the Life videos, a highly effective way of showing a jury how an accident has affected someone's daily life. Mock Trial videos, in order to analyze the testimony of a witness and critique his or her performance on the stand. Settlement videos that show someone before and after an accident. These videos may be used to present the case to an insurance adjuster before going to trial. |
